The staff is unable to communicate with customers effectively in English.

My friend ordered a wrap and was shocked to find that the egg inside was green. She was disgusted and the waitress explained that they normally leave the wraps in the oven for over 5 minutes to warm them up. We had to ask three times for them to change it because the waitress insisted that it was normal. Completely disgusting.

I ordered a roast chicken wrap and was instead served a chicken wrap that was unpleasant to chew.

My experience at this restaurant was amazing. We arrived right at closing time, but the staff, consisting of two young girls and one lady, were really nice and served us very good food. The young cashier girl was polite and understood our English well. The lady who made our fully loaded wrap was also great. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I would recommend this place to others. The service and atmosphere both deserve a 5-star rating. Stay happy, guys!

I don't visit this restaurant often because it's always crowded with the same people chatting away. The service is for takeout, with dinner being the main meal type available. The price per person is between CA$1-10. The food is rated a 3, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 4.
