Terrible uncooked bacon on my biscuit. Guess I'm just eating a egg and cheese biscuit

Slow as usual. Finger nails two inches long should not be allowed in fast food, it's discussing. No telling what's under them, can't properly wash your hands with them, can't use the screen on their computer in a timely manner. We went to the bathroom and our feet stuck to the floor. There was no soap in big bathroom stall. There was an employee using the bathroom and she didn't even use soap to wash her hands. She put them under the water and just walked out. We left. We were not going to get coffee there like we planned to. Never going back to any McDonald's ever again.

Young Girl with black ponytail and acne all over her face had a bad attitude didn’t say any greeting when I got to the window and just handed me my change back without any words exchanged nor a smile, then an item was missing in my bag that I didn’t realize till I got home so I called to let them know I don’t want to drive back for it just making them aware that they’re forgetting peoples items and low and behold that same girl answered and she said “well I could’ve said you can bring your receipt back another day instead of driving back but you want to be rude” and I said I’m being rude and she said yeah and hung up on me !!! I called back and the manager answered and apologized for her behavior but just hoped corporate or some higher ups would see this and talk to her about respect and that she won’t go much farther in life than a McDonald’s drive thru window with that attitude !! : Service: 2
