Wendy's - Defiance

Nasty run down store. No baby changing tables in the restrooms.

Got my sandwiches wrong like always.I feel like they care nothing about customer service. Not very professional managers either. Oh well I just won't go to Defiance location.So sad I love Wendy's.

Waited in line for 25 minutes and there were only 2 orders in front of us. Lady was super slow at getting drinks and food. Restaurant was DIRTY.

Out of the 15 times I have been there only 1 time did you have potatoes ...about the only reason I and others go...how hard can it be to provide something you dont even cook?

I'd give it zero stars if I could, instead of fixing mistakes to your order they get nasty and tell you to call corporate its not their fault they messed up your order, what a joke even for fast food.
