Maverick Smokehouse - Defiance

Went to Maverick's for the first time tonight. Everything was very good! We ordered two combos so we could try everything. You better not leave before you try the wings and elote (Mexican Street Corn). You won't be disappointed. You can get sauce for your wings but try them plain first. The smoke and the seasoning is all you need. My husband isn't usually a banana dessert fan but he devoured the homemeade banana pudding.Great Barbecue, Great Hospitality and a clean spacious bathroom!We'll definitely be back!

The ordering process at this restaurant is incredibly fast and efficient. The briquette grill cheese is simply amazing. Wow!

I went to this restaurant tonight for the first time and was impressed by how friendly and welcoming the staff were! I tried their Wednesday special of $1 wings and absolutely loved them - they were delicious. I also ordered an elote which was perfect. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!

The brisket grilled cheese sandwich at this restaurant was one of the best I've had in a while. The sides, including the macaroni and cheese and elote, were also delicious. I plan on returning to try the rest of the menu.
