Good and affordable! I got the streak fajitas and they did not disappoint! Huge portion and came in a cast iron skillet. My friend got the burrito supremo with this awesome cheese sauce and it was really good too. Went for lunch and it was only about $9 after tax and had plenty to take home. Warm chips were a plus too.

I grew up about 2 or 3 blocks from where this restaurant is located. Had it been there when I made the decision to join the military, I might have stayed home lol. Seriously, I have been able to pass through Defiance a few times due to my job and have made it a point to eat there with my aunt uncle. I have tried different items on the menu and then I see others plates come out and I want to try that next time. My wife is Mexican-American and cooks old school, the recipes used at La Jaliscience are flavorful and you can tell somebody has put some time into them in the kitchen. It?s not just something plopped out of a can and heated up. My only complaint is someone needs to fix that lady?s hair ????

If you want real authentic Mexican food....this is your go to!!! Great food....great prices....great service. And if you are a drinker...there are some amazing drinks here!
