Ensign's Pub - Defiance

The food was good. It was very busy. The service was OK.

The daily chili is delicious! The atmosphere of the restaurant is beautifully relaxed and has a sporty vibe. Plus, the owner even took the time to put my phone away during dinner. What’s not to love?!

The hot mustard was not spicy at all, and I was quite disappointed by that.

I really enjoy this place. It has a relaxed, pub-like atmosphere. I ordered the hot beef sandwich with pepper jack cheese and some of their homemade hot mustard, and it was fantastic. The prices for both food and drinks are quite reasonable. If you haven't visited yet, I highly recommend giving it a try. #OnlyTheGoodStuff
