Amazingly delicious pizza, and the staff was so polite! We will be back!!!

I always opt for carryout when I order calzones and sandwiches from here, and they are always hot and delicious. It's the perfect spot for lunch or dinner, offering a wide variety of meals and friendly staff. I give it 5 stars because, after 7 years of ordering food for myself and my family, I've never had an issue!

Terrible delivery experience. My pizza didn't arrive even 20 minutes after the scheduled delivery time. This has happened to me before as well.

I had a terrible experience with the delivery service. The pizza arrived 21 minutes late and was cold. As someone who delivers food myself, I know I would never deliver cold pizza. If I had received it instead of my wife, who tipped $10 for the cold pizza, I definitely wouldn't have accepted it. I would have checked the bottom of the box and sent it back because there’s no good reason to accept cold, late, and expensive food, especially considering how much it cost. I might as well have ordered from Domino's, which would have been not only cheaper but also delivered hot. My wife and I will not be considering Sarpino's in Riverwoods again. On top of that, the slice of chocolate cake tasted off, though it looked fine. I’ve learned my lesson—order from somewhere else. I could have ordered a large deep-dish pizza from Lou Malnati's for the same price and would have been much happier than with this disappointing cold pizza.

Be cautious when ordering from this restaurant! The delivery drivers are known to tip themselves without the customers' knowledge. The worst part is that the manager, Marko, is aware of this practice and does nothing to address it. Additionally, he displays unprofessional behavior and struggles with communication among staff.
