Little Caesars Pizza - Deerfield Beach

I went there yesterday to order a classic paprika with extra sauce and they told me that to add extra sauce is a 1.50 because its a topping, charged me to supplement it, sold me a 7 dollar pizza and not yet add the extra sauce. After I came home, I went to the small caesars website and try to have extra sauce to a few different pizza and the price didn't change. the hispanic girl who hardly speak any form of English has accused me of adding a free article, then it has not added

I never got my pizza! but it was good. I think I just got to the wrong time. the lady did not pay attention to who came into the door, I stood about 5 minutes before the register before I had to ask for help. one of the pizza producers came from behind to get my order. not a bad place, only has to consolidate in customer service

We ordered two pizzas with doordash. just one. I tried to call her to correct it, but no one ever answered the phone. I waited 45 minutes. finally abandoned. never order from little caesars again.

Want food? Don’t order here! You’ll never get it and there’s no easy way to get a refund that doesn’t involve a highly inconvenient amount of call transfers and menu music. The customer service leaves plenty to be desired also…I ordered and waited 45 minutes for no one to even speak to me. There were people waiting in a line with no one at the counter. Wish I could give something lower than one star!

I am posting this review so that management is aware and can hopefully make changes! I stopped by this location tonight to pick-up a pizza. When I arrived the doors were locked. A man was sitting in the floor with what looked like pizzas that he was going to deliver. I could see inside that about 3 or 4 people were in line. Everyone was ignoring me. Including the man sitting on the floor, who clearly saw me at the door. I then began to wonder if the place was being robbed. I spoke to some customers outside who told me that they had ordered a pizza on-line and were waiting for their pizza. Never in my life have I had a situation were I was ignored at the locked door during regular business hours. I will not be returning to this location. Someone at the store needs to communicate with their customers. This truly is not a good way to conduct business.
