Food and service was good, gloves were not used when making the food, and staff hanged out in the booth seating being really loud.
Poor service waited 20 minutes for two classic breakfasts that were not worth the wait. Restaurant, especially washrooms, were so dirty we decided not to use them. Staff were arguing with each other and customers loudly.Store was out of creamer, hash browns, most juice etc.
Not all a& w's are created equal. This is my second review of this place, my first I gave it a 4 star,but new ownership has put this place down to a 1 star, the food portion was ridicules, those teen burgers are so small now and fries were soggy, front counter needs some serious training. All my reviews are based on my personal experience only.
