Fishers' Loft Inn Restaurant

They Certainly met our expectations of a lovely dining experience. It was a set menu with a choice of two mains. We went two nights in a row and the menu was different both nights. We will visit again.

Three friends got together for dinner and had a great dining experience at this restaurant. There were two evening seating times available, with a set menu offering two choices of main course that you had to select earlier in the day. The meal included two appetizers, a main course, and dessert. The service was excellent, and it is recommended to book a window table if possible. One small suggestion is that the tables could use two candles as it was a bit too dark to fully appreciate the presentation of the food on our plates.

The setting was absolutely beautiful. A feast for the eyes and very serene. A wonderful story behind the place, which also serves as a great place to lodge. The breakfast was delicious, with the chef even smoking his own bacon. The dinners were excellent as well. The gardens, tended to by lovely people, were charming. All the staff were kind and attentive, with the Fischer family being very hands-on. On average, guests stay for two nights, but we extended our stay to three because we could have easily stayed longer.

This is a fantastic spot for a filling meal with a breathtaking view of Port Rexton. We enjoyed delicious lobsters while looking out for whales. Even though we sat inside, the restaurant's design made it feel like we were sitting outside on the porch. The service was top-notch and the food was delicious. We will definitely be returning.

Had a dinner meal/ they started with a single mini cucumber the size of a grape- on a plate. Then a mediocre carrot salad. The main course beef was good, but it was served with a firm tough 1/2 piece of roasted cabbage. That was too tough to eat and a big disappointment. Dessert was nice- chocolate tart pie shaped. Overall this was a very expensive meal and not worth the money
