Pizza Hut - Decorah

Pizza was not very good, bread sticks cold and over done.

We stopped in while coming home from vacation. We don't have Pizza Hut in our area anymore so stopping in Decorah to actually dine in was a treat to say the least. Great staff and the food was amazing! Keep up the great work!

Awful customer service! We live 25 minutes from the Decorah pizza hut so we placed our order online. When we got there we were told that our order had been canceled do to them being short on stuffed crust. The girl at the window said she called 3 times and there was no answer, there was no call from them on my phone log. There was no apology no anything just well good bye then like we were an inconvenience. We got home and I called the manager who was also very rude and basically told me that it was my fault. Safe to say that was our last trip to pizza hut

We visited this Pizza Hut on vacation because all the locations in our area are carry out delivery only. We loved our pan pizza! Staff was friendly and the food came right on time. Zero complaints so five stars.

My manager and I had an issue with ordering which resulted in 2 pizzas being made, they were extremely understanding and nice about this! (even let us keep the other pizza) The past few times I’ve been here it was amazing! Highly recommend!!
