Great hotel. everything is clean clean. no dust. wonderful staff. very friendly and helpful. very good terrace. eating is great. it is very well cooked and stays hot for a long time. the spa deserves 6 stars. beautiful design and good facilities. parking and wlan are very appreciated. next time we try the wine cellar.

It's expensive. yes, but it's very nice. very clean and very good service. good spa and good restaurant. visit in Spain and almost throughout Europe, this is a good hotel in česka republika. all 2 weeks I visit the Czechs and I could tell myself it is the great hotel ústecký kraj.

Only wellness rate. looks great, but sauna and steam bath are small and not much space to relax.

Nice place with very friendly multilingual staff. The rooms are clean and modern. The restaurant offers good choice and ours was tasty. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment: although they had a good buffet with both hit and cold options, they simply didn't manage to keep everything available and didn't full up when stuff was empty: juice, eggs, bacon, butter, rolls. Spa is an additional 10 euro for 120 minutes for hotel guests.

Hotel looks great on paper unfortunately very unprofessional staff behavior. Tried to contact several times and was completely ignored. Would expect more from an alleged 4star.
