Mermaid Marina - Decaturville

We dropped by after a day on the water to grab some pizza and couldn't resist trying the special slushies. The mango flavor was outstanding! And the pizza... wow, the pizza! Even three days later, I can't stop talking about it. It was hearty, cheesy, and packed with flavor. Two large pizzas were more than enough to feed a small army. We will definitely be returning!

I absolutely love this place! The food is consistently fresh, and the portions are generous—you definitely get your money’s worth. The staff is always polite and friendly. I can't wait to try the breakfast; I've heard it’s incredible!

The view is absolutely stunning! This place exemplifies Southern hospitality at its best. The menu features a wide range of options, from catfish to ice-cold beer. It's highly recommended for a family outing. The restaurant and bar are located on the upper level, where you can also enjoy shuffleboard and a digital jukebox. There are lovely ladies and the scenic river right outside—what more could you want? Additionally, they offer snacks, toys, and flotation devices, along with supplies for small boat repairs.

Great food and a wonderful view and not that far away. Took us an hour to get there but it was worth it. Waitresses are polite and always checking on you.

Very rude people. They totally freaked out on us because we was wearing bathing suits(with bathing suit covers) on the river?..makes no sense. Not only that but was yelling at us as we was leaving saying we was the ones freaking out on her(we didn?t) and her husband came out yelling at us too as we was leaving. Needless to say, we will no longer be mermaid customers, we are only going to fisherdale from now on, as fisherdale welcomed us with open arms. They didn?t care we was in a bathing suit, you know , on a river like most everyone else.
