Taco Bell - Decatur

I visited this Taco Bell at around 12:50, just before closing, which is not something I usually do. But I had just gotten off work and was really hungry. The woman at the drive-thru window was beautiful, respectful, and attentive. Even though I could tell she was tired from working all day, she still had a smile on her face and provided great customer service. Thank you, Jackie, for your kindness.

I recently tried this restaurant and I can confidently say I will not be ordering from here again. Not only did I receive the wrong food, but I was also charged the full price for it. Additionally, they did not have any salad options and the strawberry lemonade I ordered tasted like seltzer water. I attempted to call to address the issues but received no response. Lesson learned.

The wait at the restaurant was long despite the short line. The staff apologized for the delay, attributing it to understaffing. I ordered two dishes with rice, which was overcooked and some pieces were crispy. Overall, the meal was just passable.

I constantly try to support the restaurants of the inner communities, as there are no services that take place within the community. but if they see that the personal coughs and touches others dinge than eating, it becomes clear that they will pay for less customer service. they should never hear or they cough the personal during the treatment of food and also money. They should always apologize to wash their hands and also with the best hospitality due to safety concerns. I am surprised that these taco bell have not closed yet some kind of pop-up of companies because of the type of traffic that comes in this area. I would say that people here should not eat, it is not clean or sanitary, it will definitely be a counterfeit in the future.

All I'm going to say is they need to close this place down asap,or hire some real adults not kids who want to work.This is crazy why Don't yall do something. Some worker came outside wanting to fight . This isn't cool.
