Subway - Decatur

I'm reluctantly giving one star, but they don't even deserve that. The service was absolutely terrible! This is my second time trying to get a sub at this location, and once again, my friend and I were turned away because we arrived 13 minutes before closing. The door was unlocked, and the sign clearly stated they closed at 9 PM. This experience has really soured my opinion of Subway and their customer service. I won't be returning.

Terrible service. I felt disrespected during my visit. They closed 13 minutes early on two separate occasions, and I can't believe how unprofessional the staff was. As someone who works in the food industry, I know this behavior is unacceptable. It's really disappointing. The door was unlocked, but the sign was off, which was confusing. My friend also shared her experience here. Not only were we dismissed for trying to enter, but the staff treated us as if we were causing them trouble. This is just ridiculous. In the end, we ended up at a Taco Bell 10 minutes away when all we wanted was a Subway sandwich and cookies. I should mention that I've grown a lot because in the past I would have lost my cool. Instead, I'm choosing to escalate this issue to Corporate. I advise against going there.

I had a great experience with the service, but unfortunately, there were some serious issues. The bathroom was dirty, with overflowing trash and no soap for handwashing. I ended up with diarrhea within an hour of eating there. To make matters worse, my coworker found a knife blade stuck to the underside of his cookie after taking a bite. They are very lucky he didn't get injured.

Literally watched an employee throw utensils on the dirty floor. Also, acted like it was an inconvenience to have to get up and serve a customer. Walked out won't be back!

I had a 6 meat ball marinara sub with assorted toppings. It was very good and I was able to dine in. Fortunately I was the only patron to dine in at that time. Social distancing was accomplished. I had a combo which included Chips and a drink. Customer service by the teen working there was great! I was impressed with work.
