Krispy Kreme - Decatur

Online order. Placed order and got there. Would not allow me to come in. Had to go thur drive thur...They did not have donuts I ordered. I already paid for them. Asked for them to canceled it. They say they would... but not canceled. Paid with gift card online.Last time I buying donuts from this location.. they would not accept my gift card. So I ordered online

I received old donuts I am not happy about that at all paying 17.00 dollars for one dozen of donutsAnd the cashier acts like she is mad about something upset she was not friendly at all came back to the window and said here you go if she didn't want to serve

Extremely rude staff! Its 7pm and they have the inside door locked and have the audacity t9 be rude and out of everything!

I just stopped in after an unpleasant appointment to grab a treat and a coffee and the ladies working there were so nice, it turned my whole day around. Good coffee and lemon doughnut too!

We went for the special eclipse doughnuts. They were other worldly.
