Krekel's West - Decatur

This location seems to be a bit more expensive than the other locations but the Triple Cheese Burgers and Fries are a treat to reward yourself. OMG.... Best Burgers in town. Fresh! Juicy! Perfect Temperature! Definitely worth going back. Great staff and management. Plenty of seating and a nice environment to sit down and enjoy a meal.

Still the best burger in Central Illinois IMO. Also the lemon ice cream absolutely cannot be beat. Wash it all down with an old fashioned style cherry coke and you have a winning combination. Only reason I did not give five stars was because the service could use a bit of attention to detail. Wait staff seems a bit disorganized at times. I still would highly recommend this place to any family looking for a great meal at an affordable price!

As always, the burgers and fries were amazing! So good. I tried the lemon ice cream and it really hit the spot. We love Krekel's!

The rootbeer float shake is sooo good! A must have. And if you forgot your wallet at home, they do accept wallet pay from your phone! The line is always long but worth it. Don’t get the cheese fries unless you like soggy fries. Cheap and delicious

It could have been a bit cleaner, but given its location, what can you really expect?
