Bullgogi - Decatur

My partner and I loved eating here! The owner is a super friendly and lovely man who we were lucky to get to know! It really took us by surprise because there was a small language barrier. The most wonderful thing was that he took the time for us and because of that we had a lot of fun together! Aside from that the food was AMAZING! You can choose your own variety of fresh toppings and sauses! We had pokebowls and some Korean fried dumplings and it all tasted sooo good! We really wished he lived in our neighbourhood in the Netherlands haha...

This was our first visit to the restaurant and the staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. I decided to try the spicy beef dish and it was absolutely delicious!

This restaurant offers quick and fresh build-your-own meal options. I have been here 3-4 times since it opened about 5 years ago. It is similar to Chipotle, but for Korean cuisine, and the dining areas are a bit nicer than most fast-food places. I haven't experienced the service during busy times, but it has always been quick when I visit. The staff member at the counter couldn't confirm if the ramen contained wheat, but was helpful in recommending a sauce without soy. I tried a bowl with brown rice, sweet beef, and vegetables on top, and everything was fresh and better than average fast food. This restaurant seems to aim for a friendlier atmosphere than other Korean cafes on Buford Highway. They offer a variety of soft drinks, fresh lemonade, and Asian-language-labeled drinks. It is a great option for a quick and healthy Korean meal. Menus are displayed on the wall, and you can choose dishes ranging from mild to spicy.

Love the poke bowls and bulgogi here, DELISH! Super fresh and the owner is very kind.

This is some of the freshest poke I’ve had in a really long time, with lots of veggies and a heavy helping of fresh fish (for me). My husband was wanting something warmer/more substantial and got the chicken bullgogi bowl he was a huge fan! It’s a great place to go when one of us wants something on the lighter (yet still filling) side while the other wants something heavier. Also, don’t skip the dumplings!
