Brandi's Country Kitchen - Decatur

I'm sharing this again because these people running this restaurant won't turn off the air conditioner and it's 35 outside. We need to heat on not the air conditioner!!! Meat was horrible. My father in law had pulled pork that was too tough to eat and I had sausage that tasted like old beef jerkie. Don't waist ur time of money on this place!!!! They need to listen to their customers. Without us, they won't have a business

Waited for an hour and never got our food. Waitress said the manager was supposed to come talk to us but if she didn’t, the waitress didn’t know what else to tell us. Wish we could review the food, but never tasted anything while others came in after us, got their food, ate, paid, and the table cleaned while we waited. Even when asking for our ticket just for the drinks because we had waited so long, our ticket (per the waitress) had one ticket in front of ours, so they hadn’t even begun cooking our simple sandwich order. Very disappointing and will not go back. I have no idea how they have a 4.2 rating.

It has been a while since we have been. We tried to go today and it was definitely not like our other experiences. They need help!! We ended up just leaving before placing an order there were dirty table everywhere food all over the floor and flies everywhere!

It was our first time to eat here. The waitress was friendly enough. I ordered the Texas scramble.. which is eggs on top of potatoes,biscuits, bacon all covered in gravy. You'll see in the photo everything looks delicious. That's not true the bacon was so over cooked I couldn't eat it. I asked for different bacon and it was a little better but still over cooked. The pancake was just basic. No sweet flavor at all. Honestly I won't eat here again
