One of the better Captn's, I have waited too long too many timesFood is always a solid 5, service averages 3, sometimes a 2.

Went there on Saturday Oct10thPlace was usual somewhat dirty and the help not the bestPlaced my order and wait for it.

They don’t ever answer the phone. they always have an excuse on why they can’t take my order. i have been trying to get food from there for the past month and every single time i’ve gone it’s been a problem. i highly don’t recommend.

I ordered 2 meals online. It would be ready at 716. I come to the restaurant with 729 and the doors are locked. I go with the drive thru and it says they close at 8:00 for short filling. So I'm moving to the line at 1922 at 1940, just to let them tell me that they have my order, they just have to do it, and for me to pull where I started to wait. Well, if I didn't pay 30.00 for my meals online I would have left definately. JUST CLOSE OF STORE DOWN IF U CANNOT HAVE QUALITY SERVICE!

I paid fish and shrimp for fish and shrimp. I didn't get shrimps. Your fish was only half cooked. The Okra was cold, but the baked potato was good. One of the hush puppies looked like someone took a bite of it.
