Tim Hortons - DEBERT

On my way to Truro I passed in here for lunch and I have to say, I had one of the rudest interactions with staff I thought possible. A young girl took my order in the drive-thru with so much attitude I could barely believe what I was hearing. Upon picking up my food, she Aggressively shoved it into my hands, glared at me, gave a snarly “have a nice day”, then shut the window in my face. One of her coworkers called for her, I believe her name was Kira . Really ashamed of this Tim’s location for letting their staff behave like this, totally unacceptable in my view and I am usually very tolerant of people having their bad day.

I am a truck driver I often stop at the departure Tim Hortons, and I can tell you that the young people are really on their toes and get things that go to excellent service and number one in Attitude. Food: 5 Service: 5 atmosphere: 5.

Coffee was good, there was a nice girl who seemed to be getting trained. However there seemed to be some toxicity in the work environment, as the second time I ordered I was taken by another girl with some serious attitude. When I mentioned she forgot part of my order she seemed to take it VERY personally. Still, the first girl was very pleasant so overall a good experience.
