The service did not improve when picking up my car either. It seemed as though the staff preferred chatting with each other rather than acknowledging customers. I was left standing and waiting until I was finally told to take my paperwork to the cashier.
I took my car in for a regular oil change. The service advisor, Savannah Hoak, apologized for my appointment not being in their system but still took me right away. Joe Lazette, the service technician, explained everything that was done and what needed to be done in the future. One of the things that needed replacing was my wiper blades, which were covered under my service contract that I wasn't aware of. This saved me over $50. Overall, great service as usual. They also offer air cabin filter replacement.
The service person made us wait 20 minutes for an appointed time. Then asked us to come over and started filling paperwork and didn't speak to us until it was completed 15 minutes later.

Waited a month for an appointment to come in and tell me to leave it for a week and a half to be seen. Tell me how that makes any sense. Why would I come in before it's ready to be seen? Tod told me I couldn't come back in a week and a half either. I also couldn't get a rental car with my warranty until it is seen in a week and a half. No thanks. I'll go somewhere else.
