Tim Hortons - Dearborn

As a coffee enthusiast, I've always wanted to try Canada's famous Tim Hortons coffee, and I’m pleased to say it did not disappoint! I had the regular black roast without milk or sugar, and it was fantastic.

This is the best Tim Hortons I've been to. I've visited often, and it's always clean, with coffee that’s consistently perfect. I used to work here, and the owner is incredibly kind. I even drive all the way from Redford just to get coffee from this location!

I'm not sure what changed, but the location used to be fantastic. Now, if you want to pick up anything, you need to set aside half a day. They've closed the indoor pickup, and the drive-thru takes ages—I've waited at least 20 to 30 minutes, even with just five cars ahead of me. Also, her coffee just doesn’t taste the same anymore.

The customer service is hostile. in order by Drive-Thru, the window attendant was deliberately irresponsible, snapping and even heavy breathing noises for such a small order.

Today I went to tim Hortons the guy has an attitude so bad he shouldn't be working there the way he talk to people make you not even wanna come back he had an orange shirt acting as a manager I show him my recipe what I order everyday he balled my recipe up and still made a coffee that was not right 11.05 Today yesterday 10.40 day before 10.66 the charge what they want he rude and I will not be coming there no more never have I ever dealt with someone so rude and a manager on top of that
