Even if it was baked in a teufelsofen and given to me in flames, it would still not be good. frozen pizza is better and I cannot stand frozen pizza. on the bright side the service was excellent and I will cross the globus for their cookies.
Cashiers rude and speaking to each other rather than checking out the line of customers they had. Dining room full of garbage. 30 min wait for food. No soap in the bathroom… good thing we’re not in a pandemic.
One was cut, the other wasn’t. BOTH were cold. After I was there for 40 mins. The managers and staff continued to ignore me well after they were aware that I was there and waiting. I called at the twenty minute mark, NO ANSWER. I went in. Then after my forty minute wait, clearly not wanting to talk to me the male walks away from the register and gets my order puts it in the shelf next to me
The last 3 times I’ve come to this location, my order has been missing things. Tried door dash, missing things. So the next time I decided to pick up, checked the bag, missing things. The last time, I received the wrong drink for a pickup, but that was easily fixed. Get all the way home to realize a whole meal is missing. Tried to call. No answer after 20 minutes of trying. Drove all the way back for the manager to blame the employees for the 3rd time and offer a pastry and a pick two coupon. I just wanted my meal. She then tells me she’ll go ahead and remake it since the original one I ordered “has been sitting out”. I don’t usually complain as I’ve worked in the service industry before, but this is crazy to me.
Ordered salad, bagel, soup and a sandwich. Sat down to eat and dirty floors and tables everywhere. Took over ten minutes and didn't even get the bagel. Sandwich was the wrong sandwich. Waited at the front till which was empty for five minutes. Had to call someone over who was reluctant to answer. Finally got the bagel. Worst Panera experience ever
