When we first came in, several smiling employees greeted us and we thought it would be great, but it was all downhill from there. Our OpenTable reservation clearly requested “a table not a booth, in the quietest area”. First, we were shown to a booth. When I said we requested a table, she said “you did?”... So we went back to the entry and sat while they looked for a table for us. I asked the host?manager? if the request showed up in our reservation. He said he didn’t know because he never looked. So, he checked, and it was there....We were seated in an area that wasn’t bad at first, then a large party was seated next to us and the young child came in holding his tablet with the volume cranked up and no headphones, playing a very loud and annoying wheel of fortune type game. So, during the rest of our meal, we were forced to listen to that ****. Every time he spun the wheel, which was a LOT, it sounded like we were at a roulette wheel in a Vegas casino. And it constantly made a whole lot of other annoying sounds! Our appetizer had a hair in it. The replacement arrived after our entree. Fried shrimp were cold. Didn’t receive tartar or cocktail sauce for our shrimpplatter. Ran out of water halfway through the meal. Waitress was no where to be seen for a long time. I finally went up to the host stand with my glass and asked the manager if someone could bring me water. She said yes, but minutes later, I was still waiting. I went back and asked another employee who could get me some water and she referred me to my waitress. I said if she was doing her job, I wouldn’t be up here asking for it myself for the second time. So, I asked another person and she said she would bring me some. Eventually, the waitress showed up with another glass. Special occasion wasn’t acknowledged. We had a reservation and it was nearly before we got done
My waitress Carrie was amazing...My food was fresh..The manager was exceptional.
The service was SUPER slow I’m not sure if our sever was new she was nice just slow They double sat her one time we ordered food and didn’t get it until later my dates food wasn’t even what he ordered but he ate it so we wouldn’t have wait again and they weren’t busy just not enough help was available to accommodate

I asked the host/manager whether the request appeared in our reservation. he said he didn't know because he never looked out. So, he checked it and it was there. I went back and asked another worker who could get me some water and she pointed me to my waitress. I said if she did her job, I wouldn't be here to ask it for the second time. So I asked another person and she said she'd bring me something. Finally, the waitress was shown with another glass. a special order has not been recognized. we had a reservation of 6 o'clock and it was almost 7:40 before we were finished!
