Always happy with this place. Always consistent. Always friendly. 5 stars all around.

SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE OVERALL TERRIBBLLEEEE WILL NOT BE ORDERING NOR GOING HERE AGAIN. To start, I place a pickup order was going to leave almost a 10$ tip because personally I do take out orders my self but the customer service was absolutely mind blowinggg. I walked in the store nobody was at the counter then there was a girl who popped up, I do not know her name but on my receipt it does say Breeana she has lighter hair and umm very very noticeable eyelashes… but back to what I was saying she popped up, had a VAPE IN HER HAND … I’m personally not a Karen or whatever people say now but come on now that’s where you work.. On top of that my order was incorrect. I’m beyond frustrated. I was treated very rudely the entire time I was in there it was just completely unprofessional.

Food was delicious and we got our order fairly quickly.

I ate a slice before I left the parking lot. But first time trying Marco’s and I have to say it was well worth it. 12/10

My family was very recovering from a terrible illness and the car battery was dead we had no help available at the time so we ordered here. The delivery driver was a gentleman. The pizza was terrible it was a Philly steak and the mushrooms were CANNED even the girl told me on the phone in the store they we fresh from the markets and fields. The vegetables were raw and the dough was not completely cooked. Nobody cold eat it not even Archie my west highland so I had them to please send another as we had no transportation. This is where ordering online is becoming increasingly difficult. The store told me it was not there issue it was a third party and I should see about refunding my pizza at the computer. Then the third party says it’s the stores issue. The store offered me a credit for another time I order?!?!?! Are you kidding a $30 dollar flush right down the toilet.UPDATE: The third party says it’s the store’s problem and vice versa. The owner so quick to resolve this referred me to message a FB page that I can’t even do that on. I want a refund what is sooo hard about that?? For 1 pizza that was $34.00.I was supposed to get a credit for this pizza so I called today to get it and they told me they had No receipt for any order on the date of purchase. No refund or credit it’s a lies and the Manager hung up on me. Do yourself a favor Do not go here the staff is lazy, rude and has no integrity. Go to Papa’s Pizza NEXTDOOR! They have Fresh mushrooms instead of these cheap canned ones.
