Jimmy John's - Dearborn Heights

After placing an online order through the Jimmy John's website, expecting it to be "freaky fast," we waited an hour without our food. When I called the store, the employee claimed they had tried to contact us to let us know no one was available to deliver. This was false. They assured me they would bring the order, but we continued to wait and no one showed up. I tried to call again to cancel the order, but the employee refused to help and hung up on me. After several frustrating attempts to call—where the other worker pretended she couldn't hear me—we decided to drive to the store before closing. We arrived with just 10 minutes left until closing, but the doors were already locked. The next day, we went back and were told to come back later. Ten days later, I still have not received my refund. I've essentially been robbed of my hard-earned $40. After reading reviews for this location, it appears I’m not the only one; several other customers have had similar issues.

I love the first shifters. very friendly. the Italian nightclub sandwiches are great.

I received a voicemail from a man named Josh, asking me to call back to see if they could still fulfill my order. I returned his call, explained the situation, and he said he would have to get back to me. It's been over two months now, and I haven't heard anything. Luckily, Little Caesars was able to step in and quickly make a lot of pizzas for us, as the whole incident occurred just before the party.

Two hours later and I haven't received my online order yet. They called twice and always told me it was on the way. two hours waiting for a sandwich is ridiculous. to add this, they told me that my order was delivered and the driver called me and made a picture of the order in front of my house. none of these things are true and they refused to pay me my money. I can't believe how unprofessional this load is. avoid

Friendly staff who gave good recommendations. While waiting for my order, I heard the boss giving great advice to the delivery driver about how to make sure the customer gets their order. They really care here. The place was clean and the sandwich great.
