Went to the Christmas drinks night last night and well done to the two staff working they were very friendly and for a change it wasn't cold in...
Have to agree lack of staff caused a slower than usual service, that said staff very friendly and helpful and coffee was perfect
I like Costa but the Deal branch yesterday was short of staff and the waits were longer than usual, pity as I forgot something and had to que up...
It seemed a bit short staff, however the Brista seemed to cope well! Great coffee
Couldn't get through the week without Costa, staff always friendly and look after you well.
