Burger King - De Pere

Went in at 7:15 a.m. 27 Nov. For that early the young lady at the counter was one of the nicest most polite people I've had wait on me. Very pleasant experience!

Double Texas whopper was Pretty big and very filling. Friendly

The food taste like it's not even fresh. I got onion rings and they was cold and so soggy they fell apart as I was picking them up. Also the wait for your food is absolutely ridiculous. We waited for over 25 minutes to just get two small orders. If I knew it was going to take that long in a fast food restaurant I might as well just went to a sit down place. The service is also terrible. I waited at the cash register for over 5 minutes while they just looked at me. I definitely won't be back

Sept 4th 930am Drive Through Breakfast burritos were folded rather than rolled but food was good once we re rolled our burritos. BUT the young lady at the drive through was extremely nasty! When I asked for salsa she literally rolled her head back and did a little stomp, then slowly proceeded to retrieve some salsa. Once she handed it to me I said “I appreciate it , I hope you have a good day” realizing she was not having a good day. She responded with ignoring me and then slamming the drive through window. Her body language and facial expressions were over the top rude. This girl SHOULD NOT be anywhere near a customer facing position! I wanted to do the BK Experience but the receipt ink is so bad I cannot make out anything on it. Normally I am pretty easy going and try to be understanding of someone having a bad day but I felt the need to share this experience!

Not the greatest experience ever , go to open my whopper and believe me this is my favorite meal here , and hair looked like it was smashed into the bun . Pure gross . Burger King check your buns please before serving to a paying customer . Cause this is embarrassing to have to stop what we are doing to come back . Please take the advice .
