Arby's - De Pere

Ryan, who I was later notified was the store manager, was extremely rude while going through the drive-thru this evening. I won't go into all of the details of the many levels of disrespect that took place, but I will say that this was my first time at this location and it will be my last until that manager is no longer employed there. He ended our interaction at the window by flipping me off!I did speak to the district manager who assured me that he is going to handle the situation and apologized profusely. I understand that we all have bad days here and there, but as I'm reading these reviews it doesn't look like this is the first time that this person has made a customer feel unwelcomed and disrespected.

Some things are sacred in the fast food industry. One of those is ketchup. The ketchup here is clearly cut DEEP with water. I’m not even saying a little water wouldn’t be acceptable. I get it. You’re trying to save some cash. This ketchup is probably 50% added water. It literally sloshes around in those little white paper cups. Pretty gross and I’d say it’s not helping the crinkle fries experience in the least. The food is good, the condiments at this location are a big swing and a miss.

Some teammates were working very hard, others were not. Possible training opportunity?

This store was decorated sooo cute for Christmas. And of course the food was great ad usual. Very friendly

Don’t eat here guy with glasses grabbing food with no gloves and touching nose ? and has badRubbing his hands on his pants ? stay safe out there
