‪the Noodle House Souk Madinat Jumeriah‬

I was really looking forward to my visit to the Noodle House and I relished every bit of it : The food was mind-blowing, I don 't think even a single dish was disappointing! Our servers were extremely polite and helpful, the ambience was amazing with good lighting and great music. We started off with steamed edamame beans which were quite good. Main courses: Thai chicken green curry with white rice, of which I 've heard rave reviews, was just out of the world! Next came the famed curry laksa, which is a must-have at this outlet. Loaded with coconutty goodness, noodles, shrimp and fish cakes, it was an absolute treat for the taste buds, keeping me wanting for more. The very aroma was tantalising. The next dish was the Singapore noodles, which was my hubby 's favourite dish of the day with shrimp, chicken and greens galore! Another fantastic dish was the grilled duck (referred to as Peking duck but not in this particular menu , which was grilled to perfection with a crisp skin, succulent fat layer and tender juicy meat accompanied by pancakes, hoisin sauce and tender greens on the side. The serving dish was interesting too, shaped like a huge cleaver. I found it hard to pick a favourite dish but I 'd probably go with the Curry Laksa here. We ordered so much that we had to pack most of it up, and it was done promptly, in biodegradable packaging with a cute handwritten 'Noodle quote of the day ' which I found endearing. A little extra effort goes a long way : Now coming to the cocktails we ordered: I had the purple berry and my husband had a lemon-kiwi-vodka based drink. They were aesthetically pleasing but not as pleasing as cocktails although they would have made excellent mocktails. P.S: Being someone with a little civic sense, I truly appreciate the efforts taken by the Noodle House to reduce plastic and use biodegradable material. It was a very welcome change from the usual scene in the UAE. Hoping to visit again soon!

We went there twice and we love the taste of the dishes and the fantastic service. The portions are also good enough. The desserts need some improvements and the menu might need to be extended but overall, great experience!!

BEST LAKSA: Dined in this restaurant atleast 10 times and tried Singapore Laksa everywhere, they have the best Laksa in the town, Comfortable seating, good service and vibrant atmosphere you enjoy while dining, Decently prices upscale dining , Sitting outside is a good view too Will come again, Thanks
