Best place in Dubai to smoke shisha. I was here in 2016 and this year also. My friends and I were here EVERY single night to smoke shisha and drink karak Chai. The service is perfect, the crew is helpful.

Best Tea in town centrally located on Sheikh Zayed road friendly and hospitable staff although a tiny outlet with less space inside but plenty of space available for seating outside with the umbrellas installed Variety of tea flavours available besides the most popular karak chai The Masala Zafrani and Ilaichi chai all are freshly prepared and refreshing taste Tey also have Chai Flask to deliver chai to your home or work place reasonably priced. Tea Coolers frappe Mocha and lemonade also served here an easy grab sandwich and snacks are also available breakfast I'd popular and can be enjoyed with the hot and fresh tea

Great experience, food is great . .we tried Wada Pao with masala tea it was amazing. .staff is polite and fast service. .paneer tikka S/W was average. .

Just had refreshing cha cha chai. The freshly made cha cha chai made me more energetic and fresh in this cold weather. Over all taste is good and excellent service from friendly staff. The price is worth it 100% and am coming back again.

Cha Cha Chai is the best place near trade centre area where you can relax sit and have your Chai/Karak tea with some snacks. I had ordered Samosa Pav and Karak chai combo (only AED10) the taste was good. Love their tea. The samosa Pav was grilled to make hot. And the Pav had only black dry chutney which made it more dry to eat. The green n red chutney were served separately. I suggest that atleast green chutney should be applied on Pav along with black dry chutney. This will authenticate the taste of Vada Pav. Overall the food options are nice and at good price.
