Miller's Ale House - Daytona Beach

My wife and I enjoyed this evening. we came to the restaurant only for a few drinks and an appetizer. we have a really nice experience. the menu here is typical for our opposite burger, sandwiches, pastas, steaks and seafood. beautiful sorts! but not much different than many other menus. what our experience has increased were some small things: first the restaurant has the happy hour all day. good prices on many drinks. second, my wife and I, knowing that the portions here are large, just ordered an dinner for the two of us to share. our server, a beautiful, brighter and daring that I say it beautiful, young lady named kaila, belonged to our order and just said I bring them two plates to make the exchange easier. that has done it and it has worked well and a small thing: many places apply pints of fassbier, but supply 13 14 unzen drinks. the miller ale house gives customers real pints: I ordered a 16 unzen dose pabst blue ribbon bier and a glass. the glass held exactly 16 ounces! I like places that deliver what they advertise. our eating was delicious, our beers were freezing and our server was a joy. what can we ask for more?

Great service and eating. very happy! we stopped on holiday with our four children, with our primary aim to watch champions league football. we sat fast and waited. the game was not already on TV, but they quickly fired two tvs for us to see. everyone enjoyed their eating and the service was top notch! they will see again next time!

My son even asked the hostess where our server was, and by this point, we had been waiting 25 minutes. Finally, our server arrived and apologized, explaining that no one had informed her that she had a table. We then waited another 30 minutes for our food. While my son and his friend enjoyed their meals, my meal was decent, but my side of broccoli was still quite hard—not raw, but close to it. I ate it anyway because I had already been there since 5 o'clock and just wanted to go home. My wife's dinner was disappointing as well; it consisted of a tiny chicken breast with two pieces of speck and the same hard broccoli, which was overly salty. She was not happy, and I was feeling tired and eager to leave. I gave the restaurant a two-star rating, compared to a one-star rating for a past experience. Usually, they provide great service, so I hope this was just an off night for them. When our server finally arrived, she did well, and I believe everyone can have a bad day before we completely judge them. That said, there is a Ford's Garage restaurant opening just down the street, and competition often drives places to do better.

It’s been a while since we've been to an ale house. The server was fantastic, and our meals were enjoyable. However, they forgot our appetizers, and we ordered regular zingers for our daughters, which were unfortunately burned. I didn't take a picture, but I'm curious why they would serve that to us.

Atmosphere was nice. The service and food was great. Visiting with family and was never rushed to leave. Waiter was always quick with refills.
