Smokey Bones Fire Grill - Dayton

Oh my goodness, it was incredible. The cuisine was upscale, reasonably priced, and the portions were generous! The pulled pork kids meal was unexpectedly large!

The ribs were fantastic, with tender meat that fell off the bones. I wish they still offered the extra side of barbecue sauce they used to provide. However, the side dish was disappointing. The potato wedges and baked potatoes were hard.

The burger was average and the fries were overly salty.

St Louis barbecue is meat, smoked, and burnished on the outside, boasting a thick, salty, savory crust and a tender, somewhat rosy interior with a slightly marble finish bursting with added flavor. The Wings were simply finger licking good!

I ate a steak last night that was the craziest thing I have ever eaten. He had a lot of gristle in a little fat. I have enjoyed previous ribeyes from you all with just a little gristle and you're loaded potatoes are fantastic.
