Mcdonald's - Dayton

The lady in charge seemed to be having a tough day; she was a bit rude and came across as bossy based on my experience. The prices for the meals felt overpriced compared to the portions. My 6-year-old son saw his brother's food from the backseat and questioned whether it had expired or if someone had mistreated it. There were only five small pieces of meat with the meal. I'm not sure if this review will make a difference, but I hope they realize they need to improve for what they charge!

The food was satisfactory—edible and with an average taste. It was served quickly, but it wasn't very hot or fresh. I dined with my mother and grandmother, but when we arrived, we noticed the floor was dirty and the tables were sticky. Even the tray we were served on was sticky and uncomfortable to handle. Overall, the restaurant was unclean, and we ended up eating in the car, leaving us feeling quite disappointed.

I wish I could give this place a zero out of five. Against my better judgment, I decided to give it another try because of its convenience. What a mistake! The food was cold, items were missing, and customer service seemed to be a foreign concept to them. I've never received a correct order from this place. The person taking orders at the drive-thru is consistently rude. Honestly, I'd rather drive across town and pay the same prices at Chick-fil-A, where I can expect my order to be correct and receive great customer service. Ray Kroc would be rolling in his grave if he knew about this!

The load was clean, the eating was hot and the tables were open for the seat. we parked on the right side of the building and thought the lobby was closed first. it is open, just make sure they go on the left side of the building.

Majority of my experiences I either get “the machine is down so we are not taking orders at the moment”, or the food is cold. This is a very poorly run fast food joint, and needs a management overhaul. Would never go to it if it weren’t so close to home.
