I called this location and got a hold of Tim who is apparently the manager and ask for advice on what to do next. He listened to my problem and totally took care of everything even though none of it was his problem!!! The man singlehandedly restored my faith in this chain. Big props to Tim!!
When I last made my order in the drive-through, I was told that I had to wait 20 minutes for my 8-piece original recipe chicken bucket to be ready. I agreed and waited in the lobby. I ended up waiting almost twice as long for it. The employees acknowledged that I should not have waited that long and offered me a complimentary dessert for the inconvenience. I will try ordering ahead next time.
Food was fine. Store would not honor coupon from local mailing (we live 2 miles away from KFC location). Manager was apologetic but we won't go back. Had company coming so ended up paying $11 more (for 2 extra pieces of chicken) than what coupon covered. Feel duped.
Order was short AGAIN ! Asked if extra items were in the bag, was told “YES”. Got home, not in the bag was charged for them though. Lesson learned? YES, DO NOT trust these people.!!!! I really should have checked for myself. I will own my part.
Gone through the drive thru twice in the past two weeks with no service. Gone inside and no one comes out.
