Homestyle Thai Bistro - Dayton

I had the tofu banh mi today and it was delicious. I really enjoyed the bread. I also tried the sweet and summer rolls. Ordering was easy and the staff was very friendly. I can't wait to see what other vegan options they will offer.

We ordered the katsu chicken with two sides, a shrimp spring roll, and edamame. I was looking forward to it, but when I received my order, I was disappointed. The katsu chicken was very thin with only a few small pieces of chicken inside. It mostly tasted like fried chicken skin. The shrimp spring roll was decent, but overall, I wouldn't order it again.

My chicken kitten thai was not tamhai at all. they were noodles with a bland orange sauce and edgy. it was terrible. I wanted to bring it back, but didn't want to explain how terrible it was. I'll never eat here again.

My goodness! I just tried the fish-yum bag! - aazing! and the kimchi was!? all food must try this place!

Worth the wait. It's a small place with not many staff as of May 2021, but the variety and quality of food is great. Lots of fascinating and unique options you can't get anywhere else in Dayton. Try the crispy pork belly, for example!
