Gyro Palace - Dayton

Place is kind of dingy. Service is pretty bad, with people who are not the nicest. Food is average at best. I’ve had gyros all over and this wouldn’t rank in my top 20.

Was passing through Dayton and felt like a gyro Gyro Max had good reviews so decided to check it out. Looked clean and nice inside. We were midway through placing our order when we were stopped and asked if we were eating in or takeout. We'd planned to eat in since we're from out of town. They said the dining room was closed (it was 7:10 and they close at 8), so we left. Unfortunate the food looked good, though there weren't many folks going in or out. Doubt we'll pass that way again.

Good food and very clean. Staff was friendly too. The cheesecake was yummy and gyro with Greek fries was fire!
