El Rancho Grande Brown St - Dayton

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. My sister-in-law, who is an African woman, was picking up a DoorDash order and asked both the employees and the manager for assistance. Unfortunately, they ignored her, even though they spoke to her in Spanish while clearly being able to communicate in English. This is indicative of poor service and management. Additionally, it felt like racial profiling against a working African woman. I hope they can improve in the future!

The service is great, with excellent drink and dish presentation. As for vegetarian options, there are salads, but they aren’t fully satisfying. Overall, the food is very good, but it may not cater specifically to vegetarians.

I was disappointed in the flavor of my taco salad. To be a Mexican restaurant I couldn't understand why my beef had no taco seasoning at all but was loaded with grease. As delicious and flavourful as Mexican food is supposed to be this should not had happened

Great food, huge portion size. I had the chicken fajitas and some salmon. The chips and salsa were served fresh, we enjoyed our dinner here. Parking: Parking at the back of the restaurant

The food was tasty, and our server was great! She was very welcoming and friendly.
