Donatos Pizza - Dayton

This place of donatos has never disappointed me! I eat much too much here, lol. the donatos reward system is good, although their app needs a certain fine tuning. staff are friendly and efficient.

They always tell me they don't have a driver even though I'm in their area. I'll just keep giving my business to dominos, who actually comes through for us when we want pizza. Donatos should just close it doors if it can't deliver.

Donatos once held a pretty strong staple in the community as the thin-crust king of pizzas that left no doubt that the quality was unquestionably the best pizza in Ohio. There was a kind of pride ordering from Donatos over, the hut or the noid. This franchise has almost single handedly ruined the entire brand for me. This isn 't the first time Page Manor Donatos has messed around. My wife ordered there, they promised a remake pizza and completely disregarded it. By the ownership themselves. Tonight I ordered a salad, wings, a pizza and a soda. They forgot the salad (alright thats not ultimately the point at the end of the day. . This place has a track record now of mediocrity and forgetting something with every single order. The disappointment is massive. I 'm unsure about ordering when I do because it 's so hit or miss. I 've tried to call corporate about this, We do not handle the business of local franchises . So in essence I 'm taking this location out of canon . You aren 't Donatos. You are Pagor Manor Pizza. At some point you have to assume more responsibility and address the feedback.
