Was never a fan of ice cream in this waffle cone super expensive fashion but Cold Stone Creamery might have made me out to be a believer. I normally get the Strawberry Rendezvous. This delicious treat consist of strawberry ice cream although sometimes I substitute for Banana ice cream or sweet cream ice cream, with white chocolate chips, bananas, caramel, and whipped cream. On a hot day this treat is the only thing that will make me get what the temperature is outside. When you come in the door you are greeted by the smell of waffle cone. It smells like cookies, brownies, and heavenly sweets. Then you see the array of ice cream flavors and all you can say is "Heaven"! The service is always quick no matter how long the line is. The speedy service mixed with the great flavor combinations always makes for a great trip all together. I am trying to work myself up to try the brownie sundae or the cookie sundae.

I always have a WONDERFUL experience, eat on fantabulous ice creams that can make their heart-smooth ... cheers to the welcoming, wise and WARM staff, including frau brandi, which can make me into the decadent banana bread ice cream and frau maycee. they are thee bomba and that flavor is arrrythaa! *upfile should have referenced my experiences with always? I have GREAT visits to this place until today Saturday, 10/28/2022 at 6:20 o'clock (s. pm. behind the theke were four young workers: 1 black weeping, 1 black weeping, 1 white weeping and 1 white male named mr. brayden s, who waited for me. without mr. brayden, they have only talked to each other and ignored me and other customers than the line. they stayed in the far corner in the vicinity of the register, seemed to draw their attention, whatever that could have been so that the next person did not have to wait for the next customer. when I asked the young black server if/if they would take my order because they finally came close to where customers should wait, they came their eyes, sighed in the expulsion and muted an incomprehensible answer to me! an older couple who visited from California (we have led a conversation as we were looking for a abnormal time for cold stone workers too over to be ignored. when mr. brayden waited for me, the woman of the couple of the west coast said that this was the strangest group of young people who were hired to work but don't want to serve! she asked for a manager to whom I 't hear a worker's answer, but she called that she wished that it was so that she could report this incident and then leave the couple immediately. mr. brayden saved me the moment because I, a black woman, was soon gone for bad service! when I went, a black woman who had been there with her 3 children and saw the stupidity to be ignored, proved that this server they and those in harmony with her were treated in the same way, talked with each other and inappropriate to fulfill the needs of potential customers in the line and that she was also ready to go without ordering! I share this here and with her company because a company or an institution is just as good as the previous times. this recent visit made a bad taste, no pun intended, and I definitely follow how I want this website manager to know how lacquering this experience was for me and several other, cost potential business! ps. I have used gender, generation, and sprinkling only as medium to identify the mentioned workers and the variety of consumers.

A few weeks ago sat at this place and get a huge piece of plastic in my ice. I contacted the owner how I had already left the restaurant and was accused of lying. I was told that they checked the security material and talked to their employees and couldn't confirm my history. when I answered unbelieving, they came back with a sob story, how hard it is to be a business owner and how the people always try to cheat them, but they would send me a gift card. why should I want to return after bringing the mouth into the load? I have requested a refund. it is two weeks ago, and at this point it is clear that I will not.
