I'm going out of town, I'm over and I should go "to the next restaurant. when I say dirty. an understatement. the bathrooms were dirty, the müll was everywhere. the tables in the dining room were disgusting as they see on the picture. I asked for chips with my $40 job just to say that they don't have chips, but looked to the left and saw 3 big bins full of chips. I asked her why I can't pay for these chips and she said she didn't have the autority to pack the chips. what a job, right? lol asked to see the manager what a sweat. I told him the bathroom was dirty and he said okay and sacked my chips up and I went after I took the picture. definitiw a bad experience and will not be back to this place!
Received in a timely manner the delivery driver was friendly the food came as ordered, just could’ve use some utensils as it is listed under what I ordered napkin/utensils. Would order again from this location.
For being on a college campus, you would think this chipotle would be prepared. But your wrong. when you walk in the line is always so long and they take forever to take your order. i swear every time i walk in there it's everyone's first day on the job, they never have any ingredients and we're out of 4 essential things like sour cream, vinergereete, and corn and chips. they know nothing about proportions and i'm paying 3 dollars for guac when my bowl is absolutely smothered in guacamole and taste so bad. don't go here it's a waste of your time and money.
When this place first open, it was the go-to place for food. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and the food was great and in hearty portions. Now, it is the place to avoid. Honestly, I would say that about almost every Chipotle I've been to in the Dayton area recently. There seems to be no standard when it comes to your order; it all depends on who prepares your food at the time. How much or how little you receive depends on your preparer, and that should not be. I, for one, am getting tired of almost every Chipotle I go to, I'm getting uneven proportions of food, when before, it had a balance. To be more specific, I went to this Chipotle and, just walking in from the back, the floor looked filthy. I didn't observe the rest of the restaurant since we were able to go directly to the front to order so I can't comment on that. When ordering, the preparer served small portions of everything including the meat. But, orders after mine got more meat and everything else. When ordering chips, they said they were out, but one could plainly see at least three large serving containers of chips with plastic wrap over them. Maybe those were being discarded but to not have chips ready when you know customers order them is ridiculous. Chipotle is increasingly turning me off to their brand. Their food is still very good but there really needs to be consistency, in terms of serving. The use of measuring cups so every customer gets the same proportion of ingredients would go a long way towards having consistency. Also, I really wish they would stop handing customers messy containers after preparing their orders. No one wants to touch a messy container so it would be nice if they could wipe them off before handing them to the customer. So, would I go back there? Probably not.
I just got a burrito from an online order with 2 bites of meat and barely any rice. I also got the most greasy undercooked chips ever. When I requested compensation I was told no . Worst experience I 've had in any restaurant in recent memory. Do better Chipotle!!! What the hell?!?!
