Burger King - Dayton

A bad experience. I know it's burger king. I know what I get. eating was mostly good. it was the service that most annoyed me. I went through the drive thru and became with one what would they like, I placed my order - a whopper jr, wobble rings and a koks. I waited a few minutes to get my food. I paid for my meal with a $10 and got $1 and changed back. I couldn't tell the girl that she gave me the wrong change because she threw the change in my hand and the car door was ringing. I think I should start telling you that I worked in high school for burger king. purists might have feared that my ability to check the place could endanger by me loving memories of the place an unfair advantage, but I have to imagine that it is just as much of a disadvantage for them. Sure, I get now a request for a hepper, and the smell of the BK lotion brings me back. unless I left my closet door open this day, and the work boots I used at bk are out. five years ago I put a work foot there, but I still have screaming boots. but I digress. in contrast to mcdonalds has burger king in the did a vegetarian burger...read more

I suppose I should start this off by telling you I worked for Burger King in high school. Purists might be afraid that might compromise my ability to review the place by giving my fond memories of the place an unfair advantage, but I have to imagine it’s just as much of a disadvantage to them as well. Sure, I get a craving for a whopper now and then, and the smell of the BK lounge takes me back. Unless, of course, I happened to leave my closet door open that day, and the work boots I used at BK are out. I last set a working foot in there five years ago, but I still have whopper-smelling boots. But I digress. Unlike McDonalds , you see, Burger King does in fact have a vegetarian burger, which is reasonably healthy at calories with mayo, amazingly) but it tastes about like a leather shoe. A bad experience. I know, I know, it's Burger King. I know what I'm getting when I go there. The food, for the most part, was good. It was the service that upset me most. I went through the drive thru and was greeted with a, What would you like I placed my order--a Whopper Jr., onion rings and a coke. I waited for several minutes to get my food. I paid for my meal with a and got and change back. I was not able to tell the girl that she gave me the wrong change, because she threw the change in my hand and slammed the drive thru door. I waited and waited. She finally came back with no food or drink. I told her that she gave me the wrong change and she told me that meal cost She then told me that I got some kind of burger that I didn't order in addition to the food that I actually ordered. I told her that was incorrect and she asked me if someone in front of me had driven off. I told her I had no idea. She got her manager, who went to the same school of charm that she went to. He re-rang in my order and gave me and some change!! I patiently told him that my order should be about He turned to his employee and told her to Fix it then he walked away!! I FINALLY got my food and my order was wrong!!! I received a small fry and a diet coke. They got my sandwich right, though!!! I rarely go to BK, but there are times that I just want a Whopper. I have given this store many opportunities and every time, I wonder why I went. I'm done. I will continue to go to BK here and again, but just not this one.

I just love there chicken fries & the cheesecake is the bomb.. I go there probably 1-2x a week..great staff very nice & helpful..
