Banjo's Bbq - Dayton

We ordered to take out the pulled chicken and wings. huh was boned dry and the wings tasted like liquid smoke so much that you could not taste the actual huh. bbq was not very good at all.

Oh the smell of bbq! david has made this witness for decades and with the public everything is homemade, the meat is tenderly juicy and full taste, the mac n cheese is incredible that they have to try it.

We have tried to settle momos and banjos tonight the big family debate that bbq was better! the debts are settled. banjo wins hands down! the flesh was much more moist and tasteful. there were actually pieces of pulled pork instead of momos dry crumbs of pork. it is definitely worth the cost difference to get quality meat!

I rolled into Banjo’s 2 minutes before closing time, prepared to beg them to feed me a to go order. I was prepared to take the no and hit up Taco Bell. They were so understanding! I didn’t even get my apology out before the young man was asking what all we might need . He double checked everything with the back and they were only missing the cornbread (which I will be back to try). They were extremely accommodating and helped us get a huge order out the door LATE! The chicken wings are amazing and the star of my review. Don’t underestimate the heat on the sauce! Delicious, but lethal hot! Beans you don’t want to miss. Spring for the cabbage if you just like unique flavors! We come down to fish several times a year and I will forever be a Banjo’s customer!

Highly recommend. I travel for work and try the BBQ everywhere I go and I gotta say that was some of the best brisket I've ever had! Service was top notch and the atmosphere was good. Nice rustic look you love to see in a BBQ restaurant. Owner even came out and thanked us!
