Most importantly, the food was well worth the wait! The use of local ingredients really enhanced our dining experience. We enjoyed all of our dishes here.
I went to Pancho's this weekend and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. My brother and I both tried the barbacoa beef rolls and they were delicious. I also recommend trying the chai tea, which was beautifully served with honey on the side for customization. I would definitely return to this restaurant.
