L'Instant - Dax

We know this city but not necessarily the small restaurants nestled in the streets of the city center.Good reception, they made sure that we could eat early (11:45) because we had to leave from dax around 12:30. Good service, nice dishes and dishes pleasant to the eye and taste buds.

Rather simple dishes, but you had to have the idea of doing it! a good homemade soup, a hamburger based on fish and curry sauce, chicken with a carrot purée with coconut,etc... small flat for dessert, not sure it is homemade. A good little while in this establishment. rate 25 euros for 2, who says better?

Finally of the good restoration, very original with a very good veal head. I strongly recommend and I will return with pleasure!

For 3 weeks in dax, we have very often taken a coffee or chocolate and a few pastries in this establishment. and we also have lunch. we enjoyed the very pleasant reception, the kindness of the waitress always smiling, and the quality of the products offered. a good address

From crossing to dax we wanted to take a lunch break in this restaurant with a simple and friendly look. not the best idea of our stay: an hour waiting for a burger and a cold tartine composed entirely of canned or frozen ingredients. the kitchen was well overflowed, uncomfortable that was not mitigated by the absence of server friendlyness.
