Fast food not at all. bad management, terrible customer service, employees cussing at each other, will not be back
Very impressed with the staff. Strong work ethic and they took the time to make sure they got the order correct and let me know if there would be any potential delays on food prep times. Excellent work and great food for reasonable prices!
Order online and put to pick up inside we got their at 9:15 and the inside to restaurant was locked as usual and so we came around and we went to the drive thru and the guy comes on the speaker to tell us they r only accepting cash which this is the third day in a row that this has been going on and we said we had a online order so we pulled around and we told them our name they said nothing slammed window and went and got our food and we ordered two medium frost and sprite and then they just handed us or food then went back to singing out loud !! We get home which is less than 10 mins!!!My husbands gambier bun was HARD as a ROCK and our fries were hard as a rock and we couldn’t even Drink our 2 Frostys .. This type of service happens a lot
