Dunkin' - Dawsonville

This Dunkin used to be really good. However their customer service has gone completely down hill. The past couple of days they have messed up my drink every time. I went back giving them the benefit of the doubt it could?ve just been a bad day but no. No one over there listens... I am lactose intolerant and it seems like they never listen for alternative milk options. I am very dissatisfied.

Would get five stars if they had a better choice of donuts at 3:00.

I love this Dunkin'! The staff is always so friendly and happy to be there, which is refreshing compared to some other locations I had. I have no complicated order, but I understand it very wrong. I'm getting a coconut reflresher without ice. I can't make ice because my teeth are sensitive and I'm eating brains really easy, which can also give me a migraine. I can't drink tea, but there's gonna be a migraine. I know, crazy. Trust me, I've seen many doctors on my migraine. It's a big problem and ridiculous. Anyway, I can't do the tea refresher. I have to have either coconut milk or lemonade one, but there are so many times at other Dunkin' sites where I always have to bring them back because I got tea instead of coconut. I always use coconut if I order. Anyway, this place still has to disappoint me. I also get exactly what I order and also with a smile. This Dunkin's location Auto-Dru line can drive crazy, but honestly, I think the line moves pretty well. Although, when I ordered a refreshment for my husband, I asked for less ice and it was definitely not less ice, but I feel that this can be especially different from person to person, which is why I don't think about ice.

We come there Friday and coworker named Andrew went out his way made a good job making our coffee thank u so much for Ur kindness cashout was excellent

I like dunkin'as opposed to Starbucks not just for the lower prices but I find the people are also usually more friendly. I hate it when they don't stir my iced coffee and it has gritty sugar in it, but that's trivial and my only complaint. Ask for liquid sugar, always.
