Chipotle Mexican Grill - Dawsonville

I have to give credit where it's due, the first thing I noticed when I walked into this restaurant was how clean the dining area was. However, I was extremely disappointed with the food ordering line and options available. Most of the menu items were sold out and there was no effort being made to restock them. The food that was available looked old and unappetizing. There were no sautéed vegetables and what was left seemed like it had been sitting at the bottom of the pans for a while. The serving line was messy and the staff did not seem very motivated to take our order. They were also unable to provide chips for the cheese dip or guacamole, and there was no ice in the drink fountain. The cashier seemed confused when asked about getting ice for our drinks. Surprisingly, there were almost eight staff members working in the back of the house. Fortunately, this location is not convenient for us, so we probably won't be returning unless we happen to be shopping nearby during the holidays.

I would strongly advise against ordering delivery from this restaurant. We recently received a $55 order and found that several items were missing. The food was extremely bland and lacked flavor. It was so unsatisfying that I wouldn't even feed it to my dogs. To make matters worse, there is no way to contact the restaurant directly as they direct you back to their website. Overall, a horrible experience.

This will likely be my final visit to this restaurant chain. Upon entering, the music was deafening, making it difficult to have a conversation without yelling. The food selection was disappointing, with many empty or outdated containers and the staff appeared to be unprofessional, entitled, and lazy. The menu was lacking popular items such as fajitas and chicken, while the pork and steak were dry and unappetizing. The beans were thick and seemed to be reheated leftovers from the previous day. Each visit, I have to negotiate with the staff to receive a portion size that matches my past experiences at this chain over the last two decades. It appears that management is instructing employees to provide smaller portions for more money. It is clear that greed has taken over and ruined another establishment.
