Brooklyn Joe's Pizza, Pasta Grill

Most of the food is fantastic, but I'm not really a fan of their pizza. The service and atmosphere are pleasant. This restaurant is a favorite spot for my family.

I had another disappointing experience at Brooklyn Joe's today. We give it another shot about once a year, hoping for a better outcome, but unfortunately, it fell short again. The meal wasn’t terrible, as one out of the three dishes we ordered was quite good. The 5th Ave pizza was really tasty. However, the chicken parmesan was burnt to a crisp and buried under a heap of marinara and cheese. The single slice of pizza, served with a side salad, was drenched in grease on both sides, and we had to request the side salad twice before it finally arrived long after the pizza was served. On a positive note, the salad was very fresh, crisp, and delicious. At this point, we might consider skipping it altogether next year.

The food is consistently excellent, and the portion sizes are generous. My favorites are the Baked Ziti Sicilian and The New Yorker Pizza.

Gluten-free sub bread is very good! Salads are large and good! Both are enough to share among several to be honest! Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free

Consistent good food and great service! Update 7/30/24 Still Good every time. Hard to find reliable food takeout in the area!
